The WSK Little Squirrel is a creamy, smooth, soft-ripened variety with a bloomy white rind that closely resembles traditional Camembert.
Flavors: mild, earthy flavor, with notes of wild mushroom, nuts, and slight tanginess.
Pairing Suggestions: Lovely on its own with crusty bread, or paired with sweeter jams, honey, chutneys, cherries, stone fruit, and lighter wines such as Beaujolais, Pinot Noire, Tempranillo, or Languedoc and Pinot Grigio whites.
