Q. What if I see mold?
A. You shouldn’t see any mold if you enjoy your plant-based cheese within the recommended time frame listed above.
For Brie and Camembert, white rind growth on the cut parts of your cheese is normal and indicates a healthy cheese in an ideal environment.
If you see blue mold on the surface of any of your cheeses, simply cut it away. However, any other color mold should be thrown away.
