Q. How Long Does Plant-Based Cheese Last?

A. WSK plant-based cheese will last about 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Once opened, we suggest enjoying it within 5-7 days for the best cheese experience.

Q. How do I store WSK cheeses?

A. Your cheese will be happiest and last the longest in its original packaging paper. Simply rewrap it loosely and place it on a shelf in your fridge. 

Q. What if I see mold?

A. You shouldn’t see any mold if you enjoy your plant-based cheese within the recommended time frame listed above.

For Brie and Camembert, white rind growth on the cut parts of your cheese is normal and indicates a healthy cheese in an ideal environment. 

If you see blue mold on the surface of any of your cheeses, simply cut it away. However, any other color mold should be thrown away. 

Q. Can you freeze it?

A. We don't recommend freezing any of our cheeses as it changes the texture and can kill some of the cultures.
